Windows 7 is the latest invention of Microsoft and people expect much more from this operating system. People have been faded up with the Vista and they need an operating system which is more flexible and user friendly. But, after the releasing of windows 7 their belief has hurt than ever, this one is just the minor upgrade of Vista or XP nothing else.

Microsoft worked on the basic of Windows 7 and for this purpose they did really well. In Vista they tried to update all their core programs and the hardware requirements was high but in Windows 7 they just worded on the basic programs of windows and now they can talk the way of Apple with easier computing system and having fun.

Vista has problems from the beginning. You have to update your computer both software and hardware to use Vista and the security system of Vista was very painful of its users. It always gives extra security warnings and sometimes it can give warnings without any reason. But, if you maintain the process of Vista and feel good with that then Windows 7 can help only a little more and there is nothing to be excited.

If you want to compare with the Windows XP then XP is better than Vista for many causes and the speed is much higher than Vista and for some cases it also higher than Windows 7. Many hardware producing companies paused their XP hardwires and waited to see the hit of Windows 7. If the Windows 7 hit well as all expected then they will permanently stopped the XP hardware producing and will start bigger production of Windows 7 hardwires.

The users of Windows XP can’t easily update their XP with the Windows 7 but if you use Vista then the update is easier than the XP. If you want to update your XP to Windows 7, some software companies will provide you the facility with some fixed prices but if you want to update from Microsoft then it will cost high and buying Windows 7 will be comparable better instead of upgrading.

The price of Windows 7 is really expensive and if you use Vista and happy with that then you will never wants to upgrade your operating system with Windows 7. For XP users the cost will be $119 for Home Premium version and in that case it can be fair. Microsoft also has an family offer where you can upgrade three PC with only $150.

You have to wait to see the hit of Windows 7 in the market and if it does as all expects then you can buy it. The problems of Windows 7 will be only a few than the Vista but some problems can still remain with the newer windows. You have to change most of your hardware if you use Windows XP and that will be an extra cost but Windows 7 can use the hardware of Vista what will be a help to the Vista users.

Windows 7 will never compare with the Mac OS because you will need different types of hardware for different PC and the security hamper possibilities of Windows 7 is much higher than the Mac OS and you have to be conscious all the time. Surely Windows 7 has some new features and upgrades of old and effective features. If you can then you shall use it.
